We firmly believe in quality work and quality flowers, while also ensuring our couples feel a weight is being taken off their shoulders when they trust us. It can be a lot deciding who to choose, what quality they are providing, and what it will actually look like on your wedding day. This is why at Arc Farm Florals we create a safe space for our couples to chat about what they want and need on their wedding day, while also making it clear as to what we will provide them. As well, because we have been booking as early as 2 years out, we always provide flexibility for things to change even after a contract is signed and deposit is placed. We know wedding details tend to be finalized closer to your event date, which is why we eliminate the stress of needing to know everything at once. Additionally we include set-up and take down as part of our service to ensure a further stress-free experience. Weddings are an exciting and magical time, and we would love to be part of your special day!
Once you fill out our inquiry form, we will complete a rough estimate and mood board to showcase what you will receive. We will set-up a chat to go over these items with you, and bring our own ideas to the table. Once we have the details relatively close to what you are looking for, we require our contract to be signed and a 50% retainer**. After this point, we can continue to move forward with more changes you might want to make, to get everything to perfection, up until 30-60 days before your wedding. The contract and retainer ensures that we will be available for your wedding date so that we can continue to work with you as your personal wedding florist.**Custom payment plans may be created upon request**
There is no black and white answer to this, however we do request that you have your wedding date and venue booked before getting in touch with us. We work with clients anywhere from 24 months out from their wedding, to 60 days. The average booking tends to be between 6-12 months out from the wedding date.
Generally speaking, yes.
It’s important for our prospective couples to know that we are fair with all our clients. In our inquiry form we ask our couples to give us their budget. This is to understand where their cut-off is for flowers. This doesn't mean we can fit everything you want into your budget, but it helps us explain what we CAN give you.
Long answer:
After working in the industry for some time, we have learned that there are certain varieties of flowers that are worthy for weddings and some that are not. We stand behind the product we use, because we know that it would work best. This confidence in our product flows over into the confidence in our work as well, in which you will notice stunning floral pieces for your event.
In order to maintain our quality of service and work, we have set base prices for certain products, that may alter once we understand more specifically the look you want, and your budget cut-off. We firmly believe that you will receive the wedding you are envisioning when you understand the quality and service we bring to the table, along with our quote pricing breakdown and mood boards to show what things will look like. We love helping couples create their dream wedding, and we hope you have a general idea of colours and styles you like, keeping in mind that it's okay if they change down the road. We always bring our expertise to the table to help you decide what will work best. We will need basic details first (found in inquiry form), so that we can give you a general quote. After this point we require a signed contract and deposit in order for us to be available to work with you on your special day. After these 2 items are completed, we reach out to you 60-90 days before your wedding to finalize minor details and discuss any possible changes that need to be made.
While our studio is in Norfolk County (Ontario) where we source beautiful, fresh, locally grown flowers, we work all over! No matter the drive, we always ensure flowers arrive fresh and safe. We treat your flowers like they are our own. If you are unsure about delivery to your wedding venue, please reach out to discuss further.
While this is not standard practice, it depends on the situation and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. As an floral studio focused primarily on events, we have many other tasks to attend to, but we also understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we always do our best to accommodate. When in doubt, ask! In general, our turnaround time is 2-5 days.
We always do our best to accommodate a date change free of charge, especially if you have put a deposit down to save a date with us. Should you need to switch your wedding date due to an unexpected event, get it touch with us and we will chat about what can be done.
Yes! We automatically include set-up for all our weddings. For weddings that exceed $7000, we also include take-down services (for flowers only).
We pride ourselves on flexibility, and our general rule is allowing changes up to 60 days before your wedding date. If you have planned your wedding last minute with us, we know that final details might not be solidified at 60 days out and do our best to work with you on this.
